Super Magical AF Chia Pudding

When you can’t decide on a chia pudding flavor… 🤔 I was playing around with flavor combos today and the result? TASTY AF!!

I love chia seeds and use them all the time: add-ins to smoothies, chia pudding, salad toppings. They are a mini powerhouse packing more calcium than milk, more antioxidants than blueberries and more Omega-3 than Salmon. These two superfood bowls are not only colorful but good-for-you, too. Here’s what’s in each:

What You'll Need

    Green Goodness Chia Pudding:
  • 1/4 cup Salba Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Grade A Matcha
  • 1/2 tsp MRM's moringa powder
  • 1/2 scoop vital proteins collagen peptides
  • 1 cup Forager Project cashew milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut shavings.
  • Toppings: Goji Berries, pecans, coconut shavings, bee pollen, Dang Coconut chips
  • Blue Paradise Chia Pudding:
  • 1/4 cup Salba Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp E3Live Blue Majik
  • 1/2 tsp MRM's moringa powder
  • 1 cup Forager Project cashew milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut shavings
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 scoop vital proteins collagen peptides
  • Toppings: dried rose petals, pecans, coconut shavings, bee pollen, strawberries

What You'll Need To Know

  1. Mix vigorously to avoid clumping. Let chia sit for at least an hour before topping and eating!
